The United Order Dairy

Christian Hansen and his wife Elizabeth Ericksen Hansen built and operated the United Order Dairy, located in Dairy Hollow, some twenty miles north of Brigham City, at the north end of Wellsville Mountain.

The dairy operated for many years.  After its demise, the buildings fell into disrepair. Only the rock dairy building is left, and it is in dire need of restoration.

This is the dairy building as it appeared in June 1979.
